For Plastic and Hand

Gynecomastia Surgery

Enlarged breasts in men may be a result of hormonal changes, medications, heredity or obesity.  Gynecomastia surgery can reduce enlarged breasts—creating a more positive impression about one’s chest and overall physique.

What does Gynecomastia involve?

You may be a candidate for Gynecomastia surgery if:

  • You are at a relatively normal and stable weight.

  • Your condition cannot be rectified through other medical treatments.

  • You are in good health.

  • You do not smoke.

  • The size of your breasts has stabilized and is not continuing to increase.

Bel Air Center surgeons will explain the surgery in detail and will examine you to determine whether or not you are a good candidate for the procedure.
